"Vintage Rose" - a new Limited Edition by alverde

Anyways, today I'd like to introduce you to the upcoming limited edition by alverde, our natural drugstore cosmetic brand. Let's take a look!

Vintage Rose - alverde

"Vintage Rose" consists of many shades of pink. It is very romantic and girly and provides perfect colors for the upcoming transition from winter to spring. The porcelain touch to the several looks that can be created with these products really gives the perfect vintage feel to your looks. 

Mascara Shimmer + Shine

This transparent mascara contains wild roses and almond extract from organic farming can easily be applied to the already inked lashes. If your lashes are already inked this mascara gives a glowing and sparkling effect.

Eyeliner

A natural eyeliner makes the vintage look complete. The eyeliner with jojoba oil from organic farming can be applied accurately thanks to its fine applicator. If you're striving for a particularly vintage look, the eyeliner can be pulled across the outer corner of the eye. Some eyeliner are vegan, others aren't.

Kohl Pencil

The eye pencil in the dreamy vintage colors can be precisely applied to the eye. For nostalgic beautiful moments! With the build-in sharpener the pen can be sharpened for more precise and defined looks. The kohl pencil is available in the colors Vintage Brown, Green Stylish, Classic Grey and Black Original. 

The four variants are not vegan.

Mono Eyeshadow

"Roses are red, violets are blue, sugar is sweet and so are you." 
Delicate eye shadow colors that are reminiscent of a bouquet of roses. They can discreetly create nostalgic makeup looks. All eyeshadow are with rose quartz powder. The recipe with chamomile flower extract from organic farming and bisabolol are gentle on the delicate skin around the eyes. 
The Mono Eyeshadow is available in the colors: Innocent White (vegan), Vintage Taupe (vegan), Passion Pink (not vegan) and Valentines Rose (not vegan).

Mousse Rouge

The light and airy texture of the mousse blushers can be gently spread over the cheeks and gives a warm rosy cheeks emphasis. Just with your fingers take a small amount and apply to the cheekbones. With jojoba and apricot kernel oil from controlled biological cultivation. 
The mousse Rouge is available in colors serving Sweet Rose and Deep Rose. 
Both versions are vegan. 
 
Piece (5.5 g): Approximately 3,25 Euro

Lipstick

Rich colors for a vintage kissing lips with jojoba oil from controlled biological cultivation and shorea butter. Apply the lipstick from the center outwards. 
The lipstick is available in the variants of Sweet Kiss, Velvet Kiss Softly and rose. 
The three variants are not vegan.

Cleaning Powder

With its delicate foam the cleaning powder frees the skin gently from makeup, debris and excess sebum, suitable for oily and dry skin. Application: Apply a small amount of powder sprinkle in your hand and lather with a little water. Then spread on the face and massage. Avoid the eye area and rinse with warm water. A clean skin is the optimal basis for the vintage look. 
The cleaning powder is vegan.

Rosegel for face and décolleté 

The Rosegel with wild rose extract and aloe vera from organic farming brings bright shimmering highlights on face and décolleté. The delicate rose fragrance will captivate your senses. Take just a small amount and gently spread freely on the skin. 
The Rosegel for face and neckline is vegan.

Handbutter with rose fragrance

Aloe vera and glycerin provide the skin with moisture and lend a silky-smooth feel and a pleasant scent of roses. The recipe with shea butter and wild rose oil from controlled organic cultivation gives very dry hands rich care. 
The Hand Butter with Rose scent is vegan.

Just the day after the Golden Globes, I decided to share my personal "Golden Globe Outfit 2014" with you guys. This is what I would have worn:

Gestern Abend trafen sich Hollywood's schönen Stars & Sternchen, um gemeinsam die Preisverleihung der Golden Globes zu feiern. Zu diesem Anlass, möchte ich heute das Outfit zeigen, das ich an diesem Abend getragen hätte:

Isn't it simply gorgeous? This luxurious outfit has an emerald dress as its main focus point. Emerald - the spring and summer color for 2014. The dress is paired with nude to pearly white accessories and shoes. As we want to keep the dress the main focus, ladies should go easy on the makeup as well with this look. Trust your pinky peach tones and go towards the natural looks.

Ist dieses Outfit nicht einfach nur wunderschön? Der Hauptkern des Outfits ist definitiv das smaragdgrüne bodenlange Abendkleid. Smaragd ist definitiv die Frühlings- und Sommerfarbe 2014. Die Schuhe und die restlichen Accessoires sollten in dezenten beigen Haut-Tönen gehalten werden. Auch das Make-up sollte sehr neutral gestaltet werden. Viele Pink- und Apricot-Nuancen bringen den Teint zum Strahlen und zaubern Wärme ins Gesicht.

p2 Palette

Hello lovelies,

today we will be talking about the p2 palette that I purchased before the holidays. After a few girls on instagram proudly flaunted their purchase around I had to go and get it. Unfortunately during the holidays I had to chance to go ahead and play with it much, that's why this blogpost might be a little delayed in comparison to other bloggers.

The Palette

Now, after seeing the colors I'm sure you understand a further reason why I haven't used it yet. The colors are very poppy and bright and not very winter-suitable. I was a little disappointed , especially because the palette was sold right before the holidays, but I bought it nonetheless. It is perfect for spring and summer looks. 

The retail price for the limited edition palette was 9,99 € - and that is obviously the quality you will also get. Let's not be delusional thinking about getting high end quality for such little money. However, for a drugstore product and for the price, I have to say that I did expect a little more. I'm absolutely in love with the color choice and range of this palette, but the eyeshadows are not very pigmented and are very hard to blend with other colors. Because of this, you really have to use a lot of product to pack your whole eyelid with. 

I do like the big mirror inside the palette, which makes the application or the retouching on the road a little easier and convenient. The palette also comes with double-sided brush that I just threw away, since I don't really use it. 

The Look

I just wanted the show the gorgeous looks you can create with this palette. Although the quality might not be the same as high end products, you can still play around with all these gorgeous colors. For this colorful and poppy look I used the bright pink in the upper right corner as a base in the middle of my eyelid and then I smoked it out all the way beyond the crease. For the inner and outer corners of my eyelid I used the baby blue eyeshadow in the lower left corner. To finish the look of I used the dark navy eyeshadow in the lower right corner of the palette. 

Keep in mind that you will have to pack on a lot of product, as these eyeshadows are poorly pigmented. Use a stiff and good quality brush (synthetic is best) and keep applying and packing on.

Afternoon Walk

Hi Beauties,

it is time for yet another outfit. I'm obviously a shopaholic and can't get enough of fresh, new looks. I want to share one of my passions, which is the creation of outfits, with you. I think that a lot of times, you can express yourself with the things you wear and it might be telling one or two things about yourself. So here's a new outfit for you. It simply reminds me of spring and the leaves changing and having more sundays touching your face - I love it! And I really hope you love it too :)

es ist mal wieder an der Zeit, euch ein weiteres Outfit zu zeigen. Wie einige von euch bereits wissen, bin ich ein richtiger Shopaholic und ich liebe frische neue Looks. Ich möchte eine weitere Leidenschaft von mir mit euch teilen und es ist das Zusammenstellen von Outfits. Ich bin der Meinung, dass man mit seiner Kleidung einige Dinge über sich selbst verraten kann und deswegen macht es mir besonders Spaß mit Kleidung und Accessoires zu spielen. Dieses Outfit schreit einfach nur nach Frühling und den Jahrszeitenwechsel und viel mehr Sonnenschein - Ich liebe es! Und ich hoffe, dass es auch auch gefällt :)

I hope you had a wonderful start in your first weekend of 2014. alverde NATURKOSMETIK has released a new collection on January 2nd 2014 and it is a must for me to show what products you can expect. Take a look!

White Powder

As some of you may know the big "Karneval" season ist about to start in Germany. That means tons of parties and thousands of people dressing up to celebrate what is also called the 5th season. 

No matter what your costume is, either if you're a vampire or a clown, a white base is the perfect start to prime your face with and later on add whatever you'd like. 

The powder is available in white, is completely vegan, and was manufactured with jojoba oil. Around  3,95 €.

Palette

Just as mentioned before - what is the coolest costume without the matching makeup? Probably not as cool as you want it to be. That is why this collection provides two colourful palette that will ensure you have everything you need in order to create the perfect look for your costume. As you can see, the variety of colors is very big, which means that both palettes will be able to create whatever look you desire. 
This collection provides two palettes, they're not vegan, and they also include sunflower oil. Around 5,95 €.

Brush

In case you were wondering if you're also able to purchase the brush that appears in the picture above - why yes, you can! :) It is a very densely packed brush to ensure the best color pay off for bold looks.

Simply gorgeous! Just by looking at these bright and bold colors I can imagine creating so many different looks with these. These colors are similar to what professional makeup artists use for theatrical or film makeup. You can easily apply and blend these wonderful products and create your very own unique looks and effects.

Color Pen

Trying to achieve a more detailed look? Then these little helpers here are the perfect companion during the 5th season. The colorful wooden pens are available in six different colors, are extremely easy to use and the colors are perfect for blending. All the color pens include soy oil and apricot kernel oil. All of the colors except for "red" are vegan. Around 1,95 €.

Glitter Tube

Glitter, glitter, glitter. A must have, if you ask me. You can complete any look by adding a little bit of glitter to your costume and making it more glamorous. The alverde Glitter Tubes are available in the color silver and gold, are completely vegan, and also include chamomile extract and aloe vera powder. Around

Hair Mascara

A quick and fun way of adding some colored highlights without the permanent factor. The colorful hair mascara allows you to create colored highlights in just a few seconds and therefore match your hair with the rest of your costume and look. This product is a multi-use product as well, because it can also be applied on your lashes just to give your eyes that extra pop of color. The alverde hair mascara is available in three different colors. Both the green and blue hair mascara are vegan products, and all of them also include sunflower oil and jojoba oil. Around 3,45 €.

Trying it in English

... hola, lovelies!

You might be wondering why this blogpost is in English. Well, a few of my followers on Bloglovin# asked me if I could post in English as well, because I've only posted in German so far. I obviously want to make my followers happy and will post more in English from now on.

I don't know how I can work things on the blog to being bilingual but I will try my best. In the meantime, I hope you still enjoy the blog and my posts. If you have any further requests as far as to what kind of products I should review or what kind of tutorials you'd like to see on here, feel free to let me know.
